Helped a lot with applications

So, I decided to try the Application Guidance Program and it really helped me out. I was kind of lost with all the college stuff, but this broke it down pretty well. The progress check-ins were useful for staying on track. I felt way less stressed after using it. It wasn't super cheap, but for what I got, it felt worth it.

Reliable support for multiple kids

This isn't my first time using College Vibes; I used their Monthly College Prep Checklists and the Parent Resource Kit for my older child a couple of years ago. This time, I got the College Essay Workshop for my younger one. Just like before, it was solid. The content is always current, and the resources are easy to understand for both me and my kids. It really takes some of the guesswork out of the application process. I keep coming back because their stuff actually works, and they're consistent.

Can you actually cancel the subscription anytime? Or is it like a yearly commitment once you sign up?

A Anna Bennett 1 month ago
Yep, I canceled mine after 3 months, no problem. Just go into your account settings.

I think you can cancel anytime, but you still get access for the rest of the period you paid for, if that makes sense.

Hey, wondering if anyone's tried the application guidance program? Is it actually helpful or just a bunch of stuff I can find online myself?

N Nina G. 1 month ago
I used it last year for my kid and it really helped organize everything. Less stress for sure with all the deadlines laid out.

It's decent, especially for staying on track. Some of it you could piece together but having it all in one spot with their tools was a time-saver.

What's the difference between this and like, Princeton Review? Is College Vibes more about general organization vs. test prep?

G Gwen Patel 2 months ago
Yeah, totally different. Princeton Review is all about test scores. College Vibes is more for the whole application process, keeping you on track for essays, deadlines, choosing schools.

It's less about getting a high SAT score and more about not missing a deadline or forgetting an essay. More like a super-organized assistant for college apps.

Is the free trial for real, like no credit card needed upfront, or do they ask for card details then you have to remember to cancel?

I Ivy 2 months ago
For the 7-day trial, I think you usually don't need a card upfront. I just signed up with my email.

I did the free trial and didn't need to put in my card info. It was genuinely free for a week.

Thinking of getting the annual subscription. Does that 15% off deal apply automatically at checkout or do I need a code for it?

A Amber Hughes 2 months ago
pretty sure it just applies if you select the annual option.

Yeah, when I signed up for the year, it just showed the discounted price. Didn't need to put in a code or anything special.
